We are pleased to share that an Interim Executive Board (IEB) has been appointed to support and oversee the leadership and governance of our school during this transitional period.

The IEB has been put in place to ensure that the school continues to provide the best possible education and care for our children.  Its members bring a wealth of experience in school improvement, governance, and leadership, and their role is to work closely with the senior leadership team to:

• Provide strong strategic direction and accountability.
• Support the school in maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
• Ensure that the needs of all pupils remain at the heart of every decision.

The IEB will operate in place of a governing body and the members are:

• Raj Mann, Headteacher of Arena Academy - responsible for: Teaching and Learning and Behaviour and Attendance 

• Lee Williams, CEO/Executive Headteacher of Lordswood Boys School - responsible for: Finance 

• Matt Cawsey, Doctor at Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust and Chair of Governors at  Chad Vale Primary School - responsible for: Safeguarding 

• Zoe Jackson, parent at our school and Interim Headteacher at George Dixon Primary School - responsible for: Teaching and Learning / Curriculum 

• Emma Lloyd Director of SEND & Inclusion - The Elliot Foundation Academies Trust - responsible for: SEND
